of cookbooks, and has honed her skills over the past 6 years attending classes at the local culinary schools.
Kathy is a graduate of Clemson University, The Culinary Business Academy, and is a Premier Member of the United States

Chef Kathy grew up in the upstate region of South Carolina where her love of
fresh southern farmhouse food was born. Spending 20 years in Texas and Colorado brought Western and Tex-Mex
influences to her cooking, and the last 13 years in Florida have added an appreciation of the ocean's bounty, as well as the
Cuban, Latin, and Greek influences of the Tampa Bay area.
